Q: How much does it cost to repair my unit?
A: There is a non-refundable $60.00 fee for every unit dropped off for repair. This fee covers: testing, diagnosing issues and repair (if possible). Teletech's Regular Hourly repair rate is $125.00/hr.
Once issues are diagnosed, clients will given an estimate for how long the job will take and its cost. If the client decides its worth it to move forward with the repair, the $60 fee will be used as credit and be deducted from the total repair cost.

Q: Do you do onsite installations and repairs?
A: Yes we do! We have Decades of experience setting up Sound systems in community centres, meeting places, places of worship, recording studios and more. Q: I had my unit repaired and it's still giving me issues. What is your return policy on repairs?
A: As with all used Pro Audio Gear, Even after being repaired, a unit can work for a while and start giving issues again. At Teletech Pro Audio that's no problem! if your unit was repaired here and the original problem continues to create issues, we have a 30 day return policy for you to return the item have it's original problem re-looked at and repaired.
However, if a NEW problem has arisen, that unfortunately does not qualify for the 30 day return policy as it is a brand new issue to be diagnosed and repaired. In that case, The Regular repair rate will apply to such issues.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes we do! If interested in a custom shipping quote to your location, please contact us or email us at Admin@teletechproaudio.com with your Country, Address & Postal Code.
Q: Do you guys ship big items like Mixers and Reel to Reels internationally as well?
A: Yes We Do! We crate them up, make sure everything is secure and protected, and they are shipped via Freight. However, These items take a bit more processing time to ship out as it takes time to Crate the units.
Q: When will my order be shipped out?
A: Orders are usually shipped out from Monday to Friday. If an order is made on Friday and not mailed out that same day, it will be shipped out the following Monday. All Orders may typically take 3 Days processing time. An additional 2 days processing time may be needed for products that must be imported. Specific Details for Countries are listed below:
Canada: Orders weighing 0.0 kg to 20 kg are shipped out from Monday to Friday with a processing time of 3 days. Orders above 20 kg may be considered 'Heavy/Bulky Items' and may take longer to process.
US: Orders weighing 0.0 kg to 10 kg are shipped out from Monday to Friday. Orders may typically take 3 Days processing time. Orders above 10 kg may be considered 'Heavy/Bulky Items' and may take longer to process.
International: Orders weighing 0.0 kg to 2.0 kg. Orders above 2 kg may be considered 'Heavy/Bulky Items' and may take longer to process.
Q: Will you buy my Used Professional Audio Gear?
A: Usually we do not; but We WILL sell your gear for you on Consignment! You can bring in the unit and we can get it cleaned up and placed on display on our showroom floor. We can also have it advertised on our website and other sales channels in order to maximize the chances of it being sold.
Q: Can you Bake Tapes & Transfer my old Analog tapes to Digital files?
A: Yes we can! Our In-house specialist Buzzworks can bake all your old audio tapes to prepare them for use on your machine! and with 32 Channels of mastering quality converters, Making Digital Transfers of Analog Tapes is easy!
